[Scrapped Ending]

Did you know that there were meant to be 2 main antagonists alongside Ozias? 

Meet Riven and Kael.

2 worker brothers that were trapped and kept alive by Ozias.

You were originally able to get them in your party, and unlock 2 new endings : 

Insane ending : You killed the 2 brothers, thinking they were manipulating the gang

Broken Ending : You killed one of the brothers, you monster.

Scrapped Lore : 

Riven (Older Brother, 29) (🧊🤐🧱🪓🕯️)

Riven is the more composed of the two. Once a smuggler caught stealing supplies, he was sentenced to forced labor deep in the excavation site. He would’ve died from untreated injuries in the first month or so if not for Ozias, who gave him warmth, food, and time to heal.

After these events, Riven decided keep his head low, work efficiently, and listen more than speak. He owes Ozias his life, and pays that debt in quiet obedience and quiet influence.

Kael (Younger Brother, 24) (🔥🐶💥🔗)

Kael is loud, and emotionally raw. He followed Riven into crime and down into the depths. He nearly starved before Ozias came to help
Now Kael is fiercely devoted to Ozias, almost like a loyal dog. He doesn’t understand the full depth of the manipulation; he just knows Ozias gave him purpose, warmth, and a name, especially after everyone else forgot him.

Extras Details : 

• They are rarely apart, but they both play different roles: Riven as the whisper, and Kael as the spark.
•  Neither Riven nor Kael fully understands why Ozias keeps them around.
